Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

For quality concerns regarding coffee beans, please provide the batch number and photos of the packaging for our quality control team to review.
Package Your Item
For non-perishable items like brewing equipment, ensure the product is in its original packaging and unused before shipping it back to our warehouse.
